This site is provided for the purpose of purchasing Vitis Defense Solution and obtaining product information. You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to access systems without authorisation.

3. Order and sale conditions

To place an order, submit your name and phone number via the order form. A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order details before any product is dispatched. A binding purchase agreement is formed only upon verbal confirmation of the order by our team during the confirmation call.

The price is as displayed on the site at the time of order. The current price of Vitis Defense Solution is NZD $51.99 per pack of 90 capsules. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of applicable GST.

Payment is made exclusively by cash or EFTPOS card directly to the courier on delivery. No payment is collected online or prior to delivery.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch - either during the confirmation call or by contacting us afterwards. Once dispatched, you may decline the parcel on delivery.

4. Disclaimer - food supplement

Vitis Defense Solution is a food supplement only. It is not a medicine. The information on this website does not constitute medical advice. Nutrient-level health claims are authorised under EU Regulation 1924/2006 and apply to individual nutrients at the stated daily dose - not to the product overall. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a qualified health professional before use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, VANESSA LÚCIA CARDOSO VALENTE SANTOS's liability in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
