The nutrient-level claims on this site are authorised under EU Regulation 1924/2006 and apply to the individual nutrients at the stated doses - not to the product as a whole.

Take one capsule per day, preferably with your main meal and a full glass of water. Most people choose breakfast as a consistent daily touchpoint. Do not exceed one capsule per day. If you miss a day, continue normally the following day - do not double the dose.

Enter your name and phone number in the order form on the home page. A member of our Auckland team will call you to confirm the order and answer any questions - at no charge to you. There is no online payment. You pay by cash or by card directly to the courier when your parcel is delivered.

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch - either during the confirmation phone call, or by contacting us by phone or email afterwards. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may decline it on delivery; the order will be cancelled automatically.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened, undamaged product for a refund. Because Vitis Defense Solution is a food supplement, opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us by email to initiate a return. See our Return Policy for full details.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived and suitable for vegetarians. There is no gelatin in Vitis Defense Solution.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day (approximately three-month) supply.
